John - The Sandwich King's Grilled Chicken Sandwich

We just watched the winner of the Food Network Star but I think my husband can give Jeff a run for the title. ^.^ Congratulations by the way.

John loves making sandwiches and he's earned the nickname in our household.

*Grilled chicken
*Mixed greens
*Mayonaisse
*Artichoke and Olive Oil spread on 7-grain whole wheat bread

I think a dollop of cranberry sauce would also be good.
