-distracted with work on my mind, didn't drink water during workout
*next time no laptop or going through mail, drink more water

Yesterday: Moderate Cardio - Trainer
14+ miles
15-16avg mph
55 minutes
-bike fit a bit uncomfortable but did good with drinking water

Tomorrow: Moderate - Road?
Goal: 10-15 miles
