Egg Whites

When I get eggs in bulk, I separate the whites from the yolk in a three to one ratio of whites to yolk into a container (this Pampered Chef one has a lid) so I can pour what I need the next time I cook. This morning I'm making easy scrambled eggs and spinach.

I think cooking healthy and unprocessed food doesn't have to be a lot of work.
I'm always interested in keeping recipes simple but tasty. What do you do?
