Memory Walk for Alzheimer's 2008

I am glad my husband and I didn't go out to a Halloween party because the next morning, we had to get up really early for our Memory Walk. I was so tired, I did not feel like being "on the MOVE to end Alzheimer's" but as we have done last year, we were walking to honor our uncle Frank who is in the late stages of the disease. Having that purpose gave me the courage to get up this Saturday morning well before the sun peeked over the horizon.
John joined me in support even though it meant he would go into work later than usual.
We watched the pre-walk show, a display of talented young singers while we drank coffee.

This year there were many more young teenagers walking than last year which we were glad to see. I am glad we were able to walk this year to show our support for a good cause.
