Exercise 2 hours per week to be healthy

The feds have released a guideline for minimal health: exercise 2 hours per week to be healthy according to this MSN article. At first, I didn't think that was so bad but given my track record at the gym this past month, I can see how this could be a challenge for many.

If I exercise for 30 minutes per day for 4 days each week, I would achieve this goal of 2 hours of exercise per week. From past experience, coupled with a clean diet, I would say that I have reached a healthy weight and body composition range (through 6 months of persistence).

But this month, this is easier said than done.
