Week 4 Progress


It's amazing how much I sweat after a workout on the stair stepper. My sport bra is soaked and my sweat breaks through to my tank top. Sweat drips from my forehead down my face and neck. Sometimes I like to watch them drip on the machine as if they were counting each second of my efforts.

I have been working hard indeed. When I don't see the results in my body, I look at my workout log as a reminder that I am doing something and each day counts. I only started this log a few weeks back, just so I can measure my progress and intensity. I think it's time for a change in my routine...
