Must be nice be a cat and take naps all day. I try to sleep in on Saturdays but have the hardest time; probably because I'm too excited about starting my day. Well this morning I woke up at 6:30 a.m. to a wet nose of some little kitty (Elgy) who was breathing in and out of my ear...LOL!! She loves to cuddle in the morning and that's how she gets my attention.

I'm not doing anything special today. Just shopping -- grocery shopping for ingredients to make spring rolls, a real treat for Grandma, aunt Jan (who are in town for Mother's Day weekend), and Maggie. So that's what I'm making for dinner tomorrow evening.

Tonight my husband and I are joining the family in Boulder City a grill and lasagna (screaming in joy). I am going to pick up some cupcakes from the Cupcakery for dessert before going to lounge by the pool and have drinks with Grandma, aunt Jan, and Maggie this afternoon--my idea of a fun Saturday.
