Caesar's Palace and Margaritaville

Our trip to Lake Havasu this weekend was foiled by the windy weather but we still tried to make the most of our Saturday. After our company left for the Las Vegas strip for the remaining part of their stay in town, we too made our way to the strip.

We strolled along the Forum Shops in Caesar's Palace browsing for our wedding anniversary gifts to each other.

Hours had past by so we were hungry so we headed for our favorite place to hang out on the strip for drinks and dinner, Margaritaville.

We couldn't be on our boat on Lake Havasu but still found ourselves sitting at the bow of another boat...LOL!!!

John had blackened tilapia with grilled vegetables and rice and I went for the peel and eat shrimp boiled in beer. YUM!

We love this place because the margaritas are excellent, the food always good, and the environment is casual and fun!

At the end of the day, no wind can blow our spirit down.
