We all had Bloody Mary cocktails:
3 oz. spicy hot vegetable juiceAnd of course, the main entrée (drum roll, please) TACOS!
1 oz. vodka
1 tsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. horseradish
dash (or two) of Tabasco
-Mix the above in a glass rimmed with a mixture of coarse salt, Lawry's salt, and coarse ground pepper.
-Dust the top of Bloody Mary with fresh ground pepper and Lawry's salt (optional).
-Garnish with jalapeño stuffed olives, celery, and spicy pickled green beans and whatever else you like and enjoy!
My husband grilled the bone-in chicken breasts that I had soaked in a spicy brine overnight. The resulting meat was so moist and flavorful when we shredded it for the taco meat.
For the toppings we had shredded green cabbage, chopped yellow and green onions, fresh cilantro, crumbled cojita cheese, diced fresh tomatoes, fire-roasted salsa, lime, Tabasco, jalapeños, and fresh ground pepper.
Biting into the warm white corn tortilla, the crunch of the vegetables, and savory grilled chicken ... was just YUMMY!

Your taco night looks a little more sophisticated than mine.
