Cactus Jerky

I have had beef jerky, turkey, venison, and even salmon jerky but I have never had cactus jerky ... until now. Made from the leaf of the prickly pear cactus, this jerky is not only different than any other jerky I've tried, it is also hot and spicy!
It's feels fruit roll-ups in texture but the flavor is interestingly mouth watering good! Not as fatty as some jerky out there and made with organic cactus and organic raw cane. The downside for me--it's not a good source of protein with only 1 gram per serving but makes a great snack for vegans.
