So I searched the internet for another grean bean recipe and found Green Beans with Sun-Dried Tomato Butter. Yum.
I didn't quite follow the recipe exactly but rather used it as a guideline (I substitued salted butter and added more garlic than called for). I was just impressed with how simple and delicious the side dish turned out. By the way, haricot verts is French for green beans. Well ... je t'aime haricot verts!
