Reply With History

I can't help but get a little agitated when people reply to my e-mails from work without the history. I know I'm only dealing with alphanumeric characters but, together, they translate to rooms and times.

Without the information readily available, it is easy to make a mistake and can give a whole different meaning to letters and numbers. For example, there is a big difference between 01:00 and 10:00 and CBC C233 versus CBC C323.

My short term memory fails me in these little details because I deal with so many e-mails per day so I have to go digging for the original e-mail which makes me a grumpy person and want to click delete and say, "Gee ... I didn't get that e-mail. What was it about (and see how they like trying to dig for past history."
