Dinner and a Movie

Elgy asleep on my laptop as we watched Raiders of Lost Ark.
Lately we have been watching The Adventures of Indiana Jones, a DVD set I purchased for my husband as a gift several years ago. Believe it or not, I had not before seen any of the three films, Raiders Of The Lost Ark, Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom, and Indiana Jones And The Last Crusade.

We are now watching The Last Crusade and I just love the movie (all of them, in fact)! The adventures and struggles of Indiana Jones is very entertaining. (Elgy obviously did not share my sentiments; she fell asleep on my laptop while we were watching Raiders of the Lost Ark.)

Movie nights means dinner has to be easy to prepare and clean up so we can have extra time to watch the movie. Last night, we made Mexican Chicken Casserole (the beautiful casserole dish was a wedding gift). Just a few simple ingredients and dinner was ready in no time flat. All we did was sprinkle some fresh cilantro which gave the dish an extra dimension. It was really good!
